Pure Ratios has been a life saver for my knee and shoulder pain over the years but they recently redesigned the patches and they barely adhere for 12 hours let alone 96 hrs. Like I said, this problem is only since they redesigned them. I called and shared my complaint and they did refund me half of what I paid but unfortunately I will not be purchasing these anymore, I have to find a replacement product.
How can I cancel my orders with pure ratios patches at first they seemed to help but not working for my pain in my back any longer plus I’m on blood thinners now doctor fells should not use.
If you want to cancel an auto-ship from any company, you should be able to log into your account with them to cancel or call them at the customer service phone number listed on their website.
I purchased the 5 pack of pure ratios CBD pain patches. O M G this product really does what it says! It actually started working within 15 minutes of application and I had no trouble wearing it for 96 hours (4 days). I usually do not post great reviews but this product is exceptional! True pain relief, I can not type enough praises, a must try!!! You will be amazed and pain free…it’s so AWESOME!
I have been using the hemp patch for over a month now. It is the best product for pain that I have found. It is so convenient to use and most always lasts the full 96 hours. It is nice to simple put on a patch and get relief from the pain of fibromyalgia for that amount of time.
I have rumatory arthritis and a bulging disk in my back. I finally have relieve. I’m able to walk through Walmart without pain.
