We are an educational website and don’t sell any products ourselves. You should be able to find contact information for the company that you ordered from on their website. The confirmation email that you received when you placed your order should also have the company’s contact information.

We are not able to provide specific guidance or advice on particular products that may be best for you. We do provide many educational articles so that you can do your own research and decide what may be best for you. We also maintain a list of recommended CBD brands that may be helpful.

Unfortunately, you are likely the victim of a common online scam. Unscrupulous companies are advertising a “free trial bottle of CBD oil” and then charging consumers up to $90 a month for a very low quality product.
