I loved the mint chocolate tincture. Had shipping problems after a house fire and ended up paying for many undelivered subscriptions. Had to cancel my subscription. Product is great but customer service needs serious improvement.

I ordered the sour Buzz gummies and this adult can’t figure out the child proof top. I followed the diagram on the lid of push down and twist. It just clicks! HELP! What am I doing wrong? Full disclosure I am blonde. 🤪

I have attempted to contact Five by email and calling the customer support line and have not received any response. I am satisfied with the product and price but need to adjust my subscription.
I got enticed by the free offer. They made a fan out of me. Best tasting of the tinctures I’ve tried and bottles have a lot of mg so go a long way.
I was wary of it at first too. I did the Five CBD trial and I got them tonight. The recommended amount is 1 gummy. I took two and I had a nice soothing high for at least three hours. They shipped them to me in less than three days and I only paid for the shipping. I haven’t gotten anything from them besides the promotional emails I signed up for and I haven’t seen any charges on my credit card. I did check out this website prior to ordering.
I ordered the free sample of the 50mgs a couple weeks ago and it arrived in under a week in a nice discreet package. As someone who has used THC and/or CBD for almost 2 decades, I was quite pleased with the quality of these. I was looking for something that would help me at the end of the day to destress and relax me while also helping with my chronic back pain. Prior to these I only used THC. Hi Brian, this company is having the common “Free sample, just pay for shipping” promotion right now, and I ordered a bottle already. This would be my first time trying out CBD Gummies, so I wasn’t super aware of the popular scam until afterwards. I searched through their checkout process again and even checked terms of service and shipping policies, but couldn’t find anything talking about a recurring trial or anything similar. I’ve also sent them an Email directly for more details but am waiting on a response. Five CBD is legit. Very smart of you to be wary of any “free sample” offer but they are the exception to the rule. In fact, they are the first legitimate brand to use that approach. They don’t sign you up for a recurring subscription. They got a late start in the industry so seem to be using that offer as a way to get more people to try their brand.
